Start with our house wood-fired Signature Bagel, loaded with New Zealand King Smoked Salmon, herbed cream cheese, fresh spinach, pickled red onion, capers, lemon zest, and fresh herbs.

Inside you'll also find a golden, butter-rich bi-laminated croissant, with rosewater soaked sponge cake, strawberry gel, whipped white chocolate ganache, fresh strawberries and mini meringues.

And because every celebration deserves something a little indulgent — our semi sourdough doughnut, filled with silky boysenberry crème pât and boysenberry jam, finished with a tumble of fresh berries.

Served with your choice of freshly squeezed orange juice or our house single origin cold brew, poured over ice.
